With very slow fishing comes the need to try everything. If you’re in a small river: MOVE. If you’re in a big river with fish on the move: SIT. Change. Switch up lead. Leader length. Bait. No bait. Spinners. Flash. Black. See where I’m going with this? Corky on your bait then no corky on your bait. Oh and then it happens. I’ve got some great footage of this I’ll post up soon as well. Thanks to Spencer Rhodes for keeping me company on this AAA scouting trip. I’ve got a lot of people lined up when it starts to get good. I don’t take money for crappy fishing if there’s an option to wait.
