Thanks steve, Tracy and Lucas were kind enough to hook me up with the Collar section, the Holy Grail of fish meat! just pulled it out of the little chief and its quite tasty! Lets get out there with Hellcat as soon as the Duck is operational again. (we found water in the oil of the kicker motor which means blown head gasket, aarrgh!!)
