THIS post represents one of the many things that makes my company different than others: A deep and thorough commitment to the education of anglers and outdoors people everywhere in an effort to unite like-minded people with the common passion of river angling. Habitat education is a HUGE part of this.

Special Thanks to Pacific River Council and D.A. Heller and Associates for this guest contribution.

This movie was produced because of recent proposals to modify management of O and C lands to increase timber harvest and increase revenues to the respective Counties where the lands occur. Some of the proposals floating around would change management direction for the protection of areas adjacent to streams (riparian areas). Generally these proposed changes would lower protection standards. The lands in question are found in a wide variety of important fish streams in Western Oregon. Sal
