NEW ‘How To’ page

The ‘How To’ page will feature only knot-tying, rig-tying, lure-making, egg curing, etc.

Any articles or stories that were hosted on this page (and there were a lot going back three years) have been moved to the ‘Stories and Articles’ page.

I’ll be doing an Egg Loop pictorial along with video and also a ‘double-uni’ knot demo that is used for attaching mono to braid….or for building tapered leaders. Many uses.

Does anyone want anything specific done?

***There’s been some action out there on the rivers and I’m getting some content coming in….and generating a little bit of my own, too.

Coming up next on allaroundangler.com we’re going to have some excellent footage of Sal and his buddy Huddy (now handled The Hud-Double due to his 2 metal heads day today) tearing up some steelhead down at the coast with tillamook area fishing guide, David Johnson.

David got these fellas into some fish and there’s a great movie behind it. Sal’s movie will include a video clip of a wild fish being caught, trapped, transported and deposited to the hatchery. Wow right. It appears Sal finally got someone on the camera that could get it done. Just kidding Kenny Mac.

Yeah, so that’s coming soon as well some other goodies. Those goodies will include a back to back fish report and story from Ghost Face Killer and myself from today….and as soon as tomorrow there is about to be a Big Jake J Money Reardon production amongst us. Ghost and I get to tag along.

Also, there are a lot of Dvds ready to ship/pick up…..which ever works. I am still making Dvds for those of you who haven’t stepped up. Auntie gets a shout out for contributing all the way from Alaska. Your movie is in the burner sweetie. Thanks a bunch.

Well, stay tuned for much more in the way of knot tutorials as well. There seems to be a need for this. I am missing my little tripod for my Olympus which allowed me to do those movies. Anyone holding an extra one of those? Meskel? Talk soon. Tips way up.

Today marked a four year run for the Maui Jim shades you see on my head here.

A hard fall from a cliff…

a long vertical slide on my back…(like the kind of rock slides you see in Indiana Jones)

a tumble through a tree only to ultimately slam down into the river…launched them off my head in the river. Whiplash will do that.

Don’t worry. I’m okay. Went in the drink though. It happens in your mid-thirties.
