A blurb from the “About” page
October 1st, 2008
As a quick message to those of you that view the site but don’t participate because you are afraid your favorite spots are going to get roached…..please take a moment to browse my site and look for anywhere where there are secrets given away or hot bites posted for info-poachers to snag….THERE AREN’T ANY. You’ll see the occasional reference to something that is common knowledge, but that’s it. I want to post a section of text from the “About” page of my Allaroundangler website. I hope this helps some of you who are hesitant to start contributing. Just a thought/rant. It’s my blog and I’ll cry if I want to. Not really. Cheers.
“Our vision is to promote an honest and open line of dialogue amongst ourselves that encourages consistent successful trips on the river. THIS ISN’T AN ‘IFISH’ FORUM. WE DON’T POST LOCATIONS FOR INTERNET KNUCKLE DRAGGING FISHERMEN HACKS TO RUIN OUR LORE. OF THIS I PROMISE.”

Near and Dear…and Grizzly Bear

Hey it’s me H3L….and some pics from my Auntie in AK below……You’re looking at a river in Alaska where I caught, not my biggest, but certainly my proudest fish ever. An 18 lb Native Silver. Not only are you looking at the river where I caught it….but that little trail the big boy is coming up is probably four feet from where I stood and landed that Giganchromatic Monster. I doubt I would’ve been standing there hooking 26 Coho today! These sent straight from the river today by Auntie…Cheers! Sorry you got ran off the water!
