Seems to be some Bass Trips Coming and Going

A good friend of ours told me about Ghostface on his way over to the John Day River as I write this post.
This got me to thinking about the great trips I’ve had on the Umpqua for Smallies and a long four day trip I took on the John Day.
That got me thinking about Pops making a run over there in August and a fella from my work heading over there for five days on Wednesday, the John Day that is.
I think it’s really cool that people are still putting trips together in this tough year of unpredictable..predictably shitty weather. Nice work, all of you!
So, in the spirit of warmwater season, well…uh…without the ‘warm’….or something like that, HERE are some of the coolest Smallie pics I could find on the web. I’ll try to make the original picture location available to anyone who wants it.
