There’s a few fish moving around, but obviously not in any numbers.


Only long hard days with miles of ground under your cleats produce fish in dry early seasons like this.


But Oh Man, what’s better than landing a limit of chromers under sunny skies in spring clothing……..Enjoy these pics and ping me for any details except for how tasty they were. I’m sure you can gather.

The Guide Shop that weve been going to forever on the Wilson River has tragically burned down Friday evening. No cause has been determined yet. On my first fishing trip, the Guide Shop was one of the first places i remember going to. The Shop has brought me and the fishing crew great breakfasts, and good conversations over the years on those cold winter mornings! Their wonderful food and friendliness will be dearly missed this upcoming season.
