Hopefully we’ll get a steady diet of warm water pics this year and we can call this a series…and maybe even our own warm water page!

To the left (Moe White and his son get it going)

In this chrome chasing frenzy we are almost always caught up in here in the PacNW….we forget that most of the country fishes warm water species.

A very dear friend of mine who I grew up with moved away and started his own plastics company…as well as tourney bass fishing. Bobby Didier. I’ve featured him on this post. I’m also introducing Christina Tenter White (Moe White’s Road Dawg) who has recently caught the fishing bug something fierce. Her and Moe are teaching their kids to fish for whatever bites including trout, bass and northern Cali steelhead.

I’ve also featured Adam NW Resendez with one of the prettiest largemouth fish I’ve ever seen come out of our local waters. A truly amazing photo he recently submitted for one of my FB competitions.

In addition…some of Bobby’s Die Hard Custom Baits are featured as well. Let’s get to it.

  1. Great photos guys. Thats cool Chris of you to recognize the warm water species and the fun they bring to many people here in the NW. I too am an avid bass fisherman and enjoy it very much. I am sure others would agree, chasing any fish that provides a challenge, tightens my line and puts a bend in my rod is what its all about.
Though I cant convince most of my salmon/steelhead fishing buddies, (who fondly call me a “Pond Maggott”) theres alot of fun to be had that they are missing out on ๐Ÿ™‚

    Tight lines!

Oh, I luv the luv brotha! I hope you contribute more as we get into the season too. Our next tournament is gonna be a bed fishing pig fest most likely and I would love to come away with a victory, so lets hope everything works out as planned. Late.

I think it is an honor to be a pond maggot. Nothing like bass fishing on a quiet lake as the sun sets and the night comes on. Nice pics. Sal

Bobby send me more stuff. I’m also going to try to bass fish locally this summer for content on the warm water side.

  5. Hellcat says:

Thank you for all your support Mr. Strenk.

  6. Mr. Sockeye says:

Now that steelhead are off limits in our rivers, my interests have shifted to Cutthroats at Pyramid Lake near my home, and also to Sacramento and Feather River stripers. The run has just begun. I will keep you guys posted.

  7. You should do more warm water content Chris aka bass! Id fish those senko worms for sure! ๐Ÿ˜€
