Nice “Modest” touch the last couple minutes of the vid too.

  4. Donaca says:

Love that team Smolt nickname has stuck. He has already had more success then I have this winter.

  5. TEAM SMOLT !!! Maxwell is gonna be hell on the anadromous in no time!! Great video Chris!
That tailout Sal Monid was fishing gives me chills….definite resting place for a T.O.A.D.
    Well done Sal….nice fish!

  6. King North says:

Good to see the tradition continuing, Sal. Any influence from your friends to the north on this? Brings back wonderful memories of you, me and Maria (and rat-dog Chips) on the Yakoun in glorious Haida Gwaii. 77 days and counting until Chetumal Bay.

  7. Kevin Hart says:

AWSOME! Best video on AAA, hands down.

  8. David Solberg says:

Speaking as a DAD, that is family at it’s finest! Nuff said.

  9. Auntie says:

Well, what a deal! Three of my most favorite men on earth all in one video. Brings a lump to my throat! I love you guys and can’t wait to fish with you again!

  11. Beau Parker says:

Hellcat, you are the man!! Thats so awesome, all three generations. Looks like you have a new good luck buddy. I always enjoy my friend…….My wife would kill me!!!

  12. Hellcat says:

Beau thank you for taking the time to check out the site and comment man. Congrats on your new little one as well and to continued success with Embrace The West.

  13. Big Burge says:

Too cool, great to see all three generations on the river. I am quite sure that will become a common event as the years progress.

  14. The fact is, something tells me Team Smolt is gonna have a rod in his hand in no time and be able to wet a line himself along side his Dad and Grandfather. Ive got a hunch that there is sure to be lots of chrome flopping on the bank behind them. I feel sorry for the guys bank fishing the holes above the 3-G (Three Generation) team of Hellers 🙂
The 3-G fish vacuum phenomena !!

  15. Hellcat says:

Thanks Big Burge….looking forward to our June trip for summers on the coast…

  16. Hellcat says:

    “3-G”

    I love it. Thanks, Strenk.
